Cold Therapy:
- Place yoga silk eye pillow in plastic bag and place in a freezer for couple of hours or even overnight.
- Remove the eye pillow from plastic bag and place it over your eyes.
- Microwave for 30 sec. if additional heating is required continue microwaving in 15 sec interval.
- Remove the eye pillow and place it over your eyes.

For non-embroidered products:
You can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
For embroidered products:
Cancellations or modifications are not possible, because our team starts the customization work immediately after the order is confirmed.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can change your address only if your order has not been shipped yet. We usually dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the address.

What is your shipping and return policy?
Shipping:
- Non-embroidered orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Embroidered orders are shipped within 3-4 days.
Once we ship your order, it generally gets delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and our logistics partners.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer free returns and free exchanges only in case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
