CLINICALLY ACCURATE
This Ear thermometer has been clinically tested in several big teaching hospitals based on the protocol of EN 12470-5:2003 regulatory standard, covering sufficient febrile and normal body temperature subjects with satisfied clinical repeat ability and measuring accuracy comparing to the concurrent oral temperature measurement reading.
PLUG & SECURE PROBE COVER
The patented “PLUG & SECURE” probe cover can offer an easy and accurate ear temperature measurement. Users can easily assure the probe cover is attached and the appliance is ready to use. The well-designed heat insulation probe can ensure accurate, consistent reading and short interval between each measurement. Clinical validation complies with ASTM 1965-98 and PrEN 12470-5.

For non-embroidered products:
You can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
For embroidered products:
Cancellations or modifications are not possible, because our team starts the customization work immediately after the order is confirmed.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can change your address only if your order has not been shipped yet. We usually dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the address.

- Embroidered orders are shipped within 3-4 days.
