- These Polypropylene / Polystyrene tubes are generally used in RIA, Coagulation & Becteriology. The Polyproplene tubes are clear and can withstand 3000 RCF during Centrifugation while the transparent Polystyrene tubes can withstand 1400 RCF. The PP tubes can accept common acids, alkalies and solvents at room temperature while the PS tubes can accept mild bases, weak acids but not organic solvents.

You can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
For embroidered products:
Cancellations or modifications are not possible, because our team starts the customization work immediately after the order is confirmed.

Can I change my address after placing the order?
You can change your address only if your order has not been shipped yet. We usually dispatch orders within 48–72 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the address.

What is your shipping and return policy?
Shipping:
- Non-embroidered orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Embroidered orders are shipped within 3-4 days.
Once we ship your order, it generally gets delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and our logistics partners.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer free returns and free exchanges only in case of a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
